Has to be your primary residence.
Up to $80,000.
Loan can be over 15 years at a 2% interest rate.
Unit must become a registered apartment.
Permit received after Jan 1, 2024.
Easy to apply.
Criteria
Renter can not be sibling or child of home owner.
Self contained with a kitchen and full bathroom.
Have its own separate entrance.

1) Permits & Forms
We submit all permits and grant forms required for the project.
2) Starting Project
We start all projects by bringing everything up to code. From the studs out.
3) Mechanical Work
All electrical and plumbing modifications are completed by insured, licensed professionals.
4) Creating a Home
All that is left is creating a home by adding a fully functional bathroom and kitchen.
